How are diamond paintings made?

Diamond painting is not only an addictive craft but also beneficial for our physical and mental health. I suppose that's why you are here reading this, right? But have you ever wondered how your diamond painting is made? Where does the progress start? What materials are used? How do they work in our warehouse? If so, this must be the article for you.

1.Design a diamond painting

Our design team works diligently every day to create new patterns in all collections. When you order a custom diamond painting, they will manually edit every detail on your image to get the most impressive painting set when printed.

2. Manufacturing process

First, we will cover the canvas with silk to make it soft and wrinkle-free and achieve brighter color representation. The next step is printing. We use latex ink for flawless printing quality which is completely non-toxic.

Due to the different sizes of each diamond painting, the cutting machine can not provide the exact shape, so we need to manually cut by hand to get the most perfect result. After cutting, we pour glue on the canvas, the poly glue is applied by pouring technique.

After the pouring process is completed, we let the canvas dry completely and then move on to the cutting process.

Then we get the following result.

3.Packaging process

We select the beads for each diamond painting from our beads warehouse. We use a zip lock bag for each color bead to prevent the beads from losing. The 13-facet round bead, 26-facet square bead and AB bead make your painting sparkle perfectly.

After everything is ready for your package, we move on to the final step: placing it in the packing box and then shipping it to our valued customers.
